Pedro Ceballos Montes, National Team Selection for the Final Four in Puerto Rico

"My passion for volleyball started 18 years ago, since high school.

I participated in events such as the World University Games in South Korea in 2015 and the Pre-World Championship with the senior team in the USA in 2017. Final Four with the senior team in Cuba in 2017.

Today, I once again represent Mexico by playing in the Final Four in Ponce, Puerto Rico, a qualifier for the Challenger Cup. The teams we competed against were Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and Guatemala.

My role at JFK, more than a position, is my function: to help the institution in shaping our students to be better people through sports: Student Support Sports.

Without JFK's support, I wouldn't be able to participate in this important representation for our country. I am very grateful for the support received to be part of the national team. Participations like these help me share experiences with the students."

"Mi pasión por el voleibol empezó hace 18 años, desde preparatoria.

Participé en eventos como la Universiada Mundial en Corea del Sur 2015 y el Pre mundial con selección mayor en USA 2017. Final Four con selección mayor en Cuba 2017.

Hoy nuevamente represento a México jugando en Final Four Ponce, en Puerto Rico, clasificatorio a la Challenger Cup. Los equipos contra los que competimos fue Puerto Rico, República Dominicana y Guatemala.

Mi puesto en el JFK, más que puesto es mi función: ayudar a la institución a formar a nuestros alumnos a través del deporte a ser mejores personas: Student Support Sports.

⁠Sin el apoyo del JFK no podría estar en esta representación tan importante para nuestro país. Estoy muy agradecido por el apoyo recibido para poder estar en la selección nacional. Participaciones como estas me sirven para compartir experiencias con los alumnos."

This weekend, the Jaguar spirit flooded the stands of the American Institute of Monterrey, with our 7th to 9th grade student teams participating in the ASOMEX soccer tournament. The girls' team achieved 5th place, and the boys' team brought home the 3rd place trophy! Last Friday May 24th, our Middle School students enjoyer the Student Day Dance, an event full of music ans fun. JFK's Union & Peace XV Edition

 On Friday, October 20th and Saturday, October 21st, sixteen schools from Middle School and High Schools all over Mexico attended JFK's Union & Peace XV.  This Model UN event was a success! Middle and high school participants engage in high quality debate with original, wide-ranging topics and committees according to the values of our school: respect, responsibility, and honesty. The event is devoted to providing opportunities for students to develop the knowledge, skills, commitment and passion necessary to solve the world’s problems through universal human values.  Our motto this year was "One humanity, one future."
