Readers and writers explore their world through stories

Prefirst students are growing as readers, writers, and illustrators. This week the grade 5 students joined them to help extend their writing skills. They all enjoyed reading and writing and growing together.

Prefirst is so excited to invite their parents to see how much they have grown for their presentations the week of May 6th.

Nuestros alumnos de Prefirst están creciendo como lectores, escritores e ilustradores. Esta semana, alumnos de 5° grado se reunieron con ellos para ayudarlos a desarrollar sus habilidades de escritura. Todos disfrutaron de leer, escribir y crecer juntos. 

Los alumnos de Prefirst están muy emocionados de invitar a sus papás a ver cuánto han crecido, durante sus presentaciones en la semana del 6 de mayo.

This weekend, the Jaguar spirit flooded the stands of the American Institute of Monterrey, with our 7th to 9th grade student teams participating in the ASOMEX soccer tournament. The girls' team achieved 5th place, and the boys' team brought home the 3rd place trophy! NHS, academic excellence, love for service, leadership and character

National Honor Society (NHS) was founded in the United States in 1921, hoping to create an organization that recognized and encouraged young people with four main purposes. “Create enthusiasm for academic achievement, stimulate the desire to serve, promote leadership, and develop character in students.” Now, after 102 years, NHS has become a prestigious, high-ranking organization among administrators, teachers, students, parents and residents of school communities. Its reputation for excellence is the result of years of commitment by everyone involved. Through service activities, NHS members must maintain and expand the qualities for which they were chosen. Candidates were selected by a faculty council and now all must respect the ideals and values ​​of NHS to maintain membership status and graduate with honours. The John F.   Multilingual Graduates Mark a Triumph in SWAS Program In a heartwarming celebration of cultural diversity and academic achievement, students Banu Duru Aydin, Saulius Charles Aubron,Seung Ah Baek, Asa James Annestedt, Dami Kim, Sung Chul Jeong,Seunga Kang, Mathias Emilio Besecker Frayre  from primary, middle, and high school gathered for a small graduation ceremony. These students, coming from Korea, France, the USA, and Turquia successfully completed the SWAS language program for Spanish and English. The ceremony served as a testament to their unwavering dedication and hard work.
