Preschool Kitchen / La Cocinita en Preschool

Every two weeks, we have our exciting Preschool activity "Cocinita", where our little chefs team up with an invited parent for a fun cooking session. Amidst laughter and mixing, the children get to explore new flavors and textures, fostering the development of motor and sensory skills. This culinary experience is not only delicious but also a valuable opportunity to acquire functional skills that will accompany them throughout their growth.

Cada 15 días tenemos nuestra emocionante actividad en Preschool, donde los pequeños chefs unen fuerzas con el padre de familia invitado para una divertida sesión de cocina. Entre risas y mezclas, los niños exploran nuevos sabores y texturas, fomentando el desarrollo de habilidades motoras y sensoriales. Esta experiencia culinaria no solo es deliciosa, sino también una oportunidad valiosa para aprender habilidades funcionales que se llevarán consigo a lo largo de su crecimiento.

This weekend, the Jaguar spirit flooded the stands of the American Institute of Monterrey, with our 7th to 9th grade student teams participating in the ASOMEX soccer tournament. The girls' team achieved 5th place, and the boys' team brought home the 3rd place trophy! National Honor Society (NHS) was founded in the United States in 1921, hoping to create an organization that recognized and encouraged young people with four main purposes. “Create enthusiasm for academic achievement, stimulate the desire to serve, promote leadership, and develop character in students.” Now, after 102 years, NHS has become a prestigious, high-ranking organization among administrators, teachers, students, parents and residents of school communities. Its reputation for excellence is the result of years of commitment by everyone involved. Through service activities, NHS members must maintain and expand the qualities for which they were chosen.
